In order for us to assist you, please ensure that you have your order number to hand. This can be found on your order confirmation e-mail which was provided when you placed your order.

How To Organise A Return

To organise a return you must first contact our sales team to receive authorisation. Once authorised you will be advised whether the products will be collected or whether you are to arrange return.

1) If you are instructed to return the product to us directly please complete our Returns Form, allowing you to return the goods without complication. Upon completion please enclose the returns form within the products packaging or attach to the package itself. Once the package is ready for collection attach our Returns Label to the product.

2) If we have offered to collect the Product from you we will collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection. See Claus 9.8 of our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Please note: These conditions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority’s Trading Standards Department or a Citizens Advice Bureau.

Authorised Carrier

We have our own preferred carrier for selected products. Please contact us before making any courier arrangements as we can not be held responsible for damaged products due to your selection of carrier.

Terms & Conditions*

In some circumstances we realise that you may wish to return an unwanted product. Once your order has been confirmed and your payment has been received, we understand that your requirements may change, in which case we will be happy to offer an exchange.

We offer an exchange service subject to the goods being returned in their original condition having not been installed.
