I ordered a toilet and vanity unit with sink and tap. They were delivered on the date provided well packaged. When the toilet was fitted we noticed an imperfection inside the bowl. I contacted Bathroom Deals UK who were really helpful stating they would contact their suppliers. Within a short period of time I was contacted and made aware that a replacement would be delivered within a few days. Really pleased with the outcome due to excellent customer service provided.

I gave 5* because I have had a wonderful experience with Bathroom Deals UK, very good customer service. I phoned up and spoke to Darren, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bathrooms being sold, this had put my mind at ease that I was ordering the correct bathroom for my home. I placed the order in January 2021 and requested it be delivered at a later date, Darren said there wouldn't be a problem but if I wanted to bring the date forward to let him know. I received my bathroom eventually in mid March after ringing Darren several times to put the date back. I also ordered other items at a later date and that was added on to my order with no issues. I ordered the wrong size worktop for my bathroom, I spoke to Darren who sorted it all out for me, I had the correct size delivered the next day and the other one collected at the same time. The service was next to nothing, I really could not fault the service I received. I would not hesitate in recommending Bathroom Deals UK. Thank you Darren for all your help.

Ordered a replacement toilet seat from here. This was delivered by the second day but unfortunately there was some slight damage. Contacted BDUK and dealt with Darren. He immediately responded and sent out a replacement free of charge which was delivered the very next day. THe old one was collected at same time. Darren replied to my email and even telephoned me to ensure I was happy with everything. Great customer service and Darren was professional and courteous.I would recommend using BDUK for service and competitive pricing.

I’ve always purchased major items from shops as I like to see what I’m buying and be able to address queries with staff but a bathroom emergency made this impossible. So, it was with some trepidation that I looked online and found Bathrooms Deals UK. I can honestly say that dealing with them has exceeded all my expectations. The prices were the best I found and there was even an extra 10% discount on offer. Darren dealt with my order from start to finish and made the whole experience a joy. He was so friendly and gave me lots of helpful advice about what I needed. He was always at the end of a phone and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when my plumber advised me that I would be better off with a larger shower tray and screen, all it took was one phone call to Darren and within 24 hours the new items had been delivered and the others taken away. After having a horrendous time with an order placed with a well-known bathroom retailer in Leicester, I was very nervous at placing an order with BDUK, a company I didn’t know at the time.Their prices were the best I could find on the net, so, crossing my fingers and expecting the worst, I placed a web order for bathroom furniture at around £1500. Within 5 minutes, I had a personal phone call from Darren, thanking me for the order, which has not happened to me before with any other company. He explained how the order would progress and to contact him if I had any queries.I must admit I was impressed with the personal touch and it calmed my nerves regarding ordering from them. The order arrived with 1 item missing, but considering the country is in an absolute mess, I think they did very well to supply what they did. The item is out of stock at the manufacturers, so no company on earth can magic it out of thin air. It should arrive early January, which is fine for me. The delivery company they use, PJH, were also very good at keeping me informed, with the delivery arriving within 5 minutes of the allotted time and the driver was extremely helpful as well. I know that if I need to contact BDUK, there’s always somebody from the company to talk to, rather than an Indian call centre who never answer your questions. I rarely write reviews, but felt on this occasion BDUK deserve it. I definitely recommend BDUK and I am glad I bit the bullet and ordered from them. I have no connection with the company whatsoever, just a happy customer from Mansfield.

After being let down by one of the big players in bathroom supplies, we went on an urgent hunt for a similar bathroomsuit and luckily came across Darren and the team. He could tell us exactly what was in stock, the delivery dates. Their prices are all very completive too. I can't recommend this company enough. Iordered a replacement valve for our shower. Once my order was placed I had a courtesy call from the super-efficient Darren to tell me everything was being processed and would be sent out shortly (the part was delivered in two days -free delivery). When we got it I realised it was the wrong part so rang up for advice. Spoke to Darren again who told me I could return it free of charge and recommended a better (and cheaper!) shower. The pick up of the part was quick and efficient and I was refunded the next day. The customer service here is exceptional and a special shout out to Darren who was brilliant at advising and followed up every query to make sure I was happy. My bath, taps and waste were delivered the day after ordering from bathroom deals Uk! They were also slightly cheaper than the first company.
